On January 2, 2019 Joseph Baer passed away from a heart attack, leaving behind his wife and 4 kids.  Joe was a highly respected family man, gentleman, community leader, UMHS supporter, and attorney.  Two weeks later, on January 24th, the family’s house burned down due to an electrical fire.

WHERE:  EL DORADO BREWING, 6051 Enterprise Drive, Diamond Springs

WHEN: SATURDAY, FEB. 23^TH, starts at 3pm and goes until we’re done.

There will be MUSIC by JONNY MOJO, THE GYPSY MINORS and others.

Join us for another night of music and fun with Late For Dinner, Feb. 2nd, from 6:30 -9:30! No food truck this time, but everyone’s welcome to bring their own! Also, we still have plenty of the Resilience IPA on tap, (7.35% ABV, 108 IBU), which we will keep on until we run out! Remember, all the proceeds from every pint and growler fill sold will be donated to the Camp Fire Victims in Butte County! See you all then!

Hey Everyone! I’m sure by now, most of you have heard about the Sierra Nevada ‘Butte County Strong Resilience IPA’ Project. If not, check out this website for more info: (www.sierranevada.com/resilience-butte-county-proud-ipa). With over 1400 breweries nationally and a few internationally participating, we are honored and proud to be included in the fund raising effort for the victims of the Camp Fire. Our version of the “Resilience IPA” was brewed on December 13th and is fermenting away, even as I write this post. We will be releasing it on Friday, January 25th, with Thai Lemongrass Food Truck serving awesome  Thai food starting about 4:30PM. We will also be hosting a tremendous band, the Rhythm Future Quartet, starting at 7:30 PM. They are one of the best gypsy jazz bands in the world! Tickets for the band will be $20. And don’t forget, ALL the proceeds from the Resilience IPA pint sales will go directly to the Camp Fire relief fund!!!
